Create a uniquely identifiable profiles and personas for clubs/groups/personas similar to meetup workflow the user can switch between them based on the persona he will be using (attached screenshots).

Start it as a free for one group creation per user if more you can start building a suitable pricing framework.

The current usecase creates groups based a group based on an event/users and does not clearly presents a unique profile for the entity.
